Why are card payments free on the free plan?
When customers pay invoices via Stripe, Spanner earns a small platform commission (in addition to standard Stripe processing fees). This is what keeps card payments available to everyone — including free-plan users. There are no hidden fees beyond what is shown on the invoice.
