Yes. Send a quote your client approves online (no app needed for them). Once approved, convert it to an invoice in one tap — line items carry across.
Can I itemise labour and materials separately?
Yes. Add as many line items as you need — labour, materials, callout fees, each with its own quantity and price. Save your common items as quick-add chips.
Can I bill a deposit or progress payments?
Today you can issue a separate invoice for each stage of a job (e.g. a deposit invoice, then progress invoices) and collect each via its own payment link. Built-in deposit and progress-claim billing against a single job total is on our roadmap.
Can clients pay by card?
Yes. Every invoice can generate a Stripe payment link — your client pays by card from their phone and you are notified the moment it clears.
Does it handle tax in my country?
Yes. GST (AU/NZ), VAT (UK), HST/GST (CA), and Sales Tax (US) are calculated automatically. Set your rate once in business settings.
Can I add photos to a job?
